What is Studio Pilates?


Pilates is a body conditioning method designed to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness.  Although Pilates focuses on the core musculature, Pilates conditions the whole body, no muscle group is over trained or under trained. In Studio Pilates, a wide range of specialised equipment (such as the Reformer, Trapeze, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and other auxiliary equipment) is employed to both assist and challenge the body using an extensive repertoire of carefully considered exercises.

Individually Tailored


To ensure every client gets a level of attention that is second to none, Studio Pilates classes are individually tailored and offered as either private or semiprivate (up to four clients) sessions. We will work closely with your allied health professionals to ensure the highest level of care, however healthcare rebates are not available.
