NEW TO YOGA?

This is the class for you! Experienced and want a refresher? You will always learn something new on our beginner’s course!

At Pilates on Bourke we offer beginners courses that ensure you receive a high level of attention in developing your practice. This 6 week course is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals and deepen their practice. The course is limited to 10 students only.

This course provides:

  • a steady and nurturing environment for new students
  • a forum for asking questions
  • an introduction to fundamental Yoga postures
  • an introduction to universal principles of alignment and action
  • an opportunity to learn about the body and how to prevent injury in yoga
  • a basic introduction to the breath

You will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher (read about Michele below) and work at a pace that ensures learning as well as improvements in posture, breath, tone, strength and a greater ability to cope with stress.

Tuesdays 17:30 – 18:45 commencing Apr 28.
Fees are $139 for 6 x 75 min sessions
50% deposit due on booking, remainder due by the first class.
